This is my favorite tea for comfort and focus
AKA Writer's tea

You will need:
1/2 cup of blueberries
1 tablespoon fresh ginger (for an energy boost)
3–5 white or green tea bags
3–6 cups of water
To prepare:
Bring water to a boil. Add blueberries and ginger, Simmer for 15–25 minutes.
Turn off water, add tea bags, let sit for 5–10 minutes to brew and cool.
This tea is one of my personal favorites especially for early mornings and late nights writing away. This is also a great Immune boost tea! Send me pics of your tea on my Instagram!
